The employee transport process at the R&D center was manual and created challenges for the company

Data Aggregation issues among the company’s Employees Transport Management team(s) and the company’s transport vendors

Inability of the transport team to manage adhoc request for transport from employees and shift changes, as the available systems were not capable of instant routing

Daily rostering of employees on an excel data base resulted in non-value added work being generated for project managers and the transport management team
